    Superior knowledge of appraisal and real estate industry. My wife and I were in the process of buying a new home and selling our old one. We had gone through this process previously, but our first time working with Greg. Greg's knowledge of appraisals was immediately evident when we looked at our (now home) realizing the potential for revenue (separate rental suite in the basement) and the location identified our new home as a great investment for the price.
